Reflections on day one of the Inception workshop, Michael Blummel
- In the morning there was one element which was, in a way, new: looking at decision-making tools as part of a process
- A couple of serious disagreements arose and more clarity needed on some of the key databases being used
- Need a much more structured approach to select sites
- Sheep VC group brought strong criteria for site selection
- Most people agree on the key actors and are thinking about the same people – the private sector will be important in this process
